Carpenter

Breslau, ON

Full-time

As a Carpenter, your role is heavily focused on completing carpentry tasks to high level of quality while building and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.

Carpentry Tasks (Not but not limited to the following):

Framing
Small additions, basements, load bearing wall removal (beam installation), interior partitions, & decks.

Drywall Boarding & Taping (Small to Medium sized projects only). Install drywall board, corner beads, mud, tape, and sand (ready for paint)

Trim Carpentry
Hang doors, install casing, baseboard, wainscotting, crown moulding and faux beam/post caps

Window/Door Installation
Remove and install new exterior window and door systems

Venting/HVAC

Vent bathroom, dryer, and kitchen vents to exterior
Install kitchen exhaust fans
Relocate supply/return air ducts as required

Demolition
Demolish cabinetry, drywall, flooring, trim, shower enclosures etc.

Concrete
Patch concrete floors where plumbing has been relocated

Insulation (Small to Medium sized projects only)
Install batt & poly to exterior walls and ceilings

Applicant must have a clean drivers license and vehicle to get to work and to be used to drive to job sites or permit offices.

Compensation:

Competitive Pay ($25 - $40/hour depending on experience)
