Home Additions on Rose Garden Street in Kitchener

CHART was hired to design and complete this home renovation and addition on Rose Garden Street in Kitchener, Ontario. The addition included:

• A full-height basement, kitchen and dining room on the main floor
• A walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom on the second floor
• A renovated ensuite bathroom including a large 6 foot Jacuzzi bathtub, tiled glass shower and a double sink vanity
• The main floor included the relocation of the kitchen and the addition of a dining room
• The basement was finished into a TV movie area with custom cabinetry and an archway
• Structural beams and headers were required to create the open concept design between the new addition and kitchen and family room
